Delete In The Mobile App
- Open Story Space and log in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion dialog.
This removes the reader account, wallet, favorites, unlock history, reading progress, and listening progress.

Delete Your Story Space Account
Readers can delete their account from the mobile app or request deletion from support.
Request Deletion
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address used for your Story Space account.
Include the account email and write: Please delete my Story Space account.
Story Space support will verify the request before removing the account.
Data That May Be Retained
Some payment, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute, audit, or legally required records may be retained where required by applicable law or platform policy.
Retained records are limited to operational and compliance needs and are not used to keep the deleted reader account active.
Timing
In-app deletion is immediate for reader accounts. Support requests should be processed as soon as verification is complete.
