How Story Space handles reader account, wallet, and content activity data.
Story Space collects account details such as name, email address, preferred language, verification status, wallet balance, point transactions, favorites, reading progress, listening progress, episode unlocks, and payment records.
Administrators may also upload story, episode, audio, comic, and media content. AI generation history is stored for review and audit purposes.
We use account and activity data to authenticate users, sync reading progress, unlock premium episodes, prevent duplicate wallet deductions, process point purchases, support customer requests, and maintain platform safety.
Payment and wallet records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
Readers can update their preferred language in account settings. Mobile users can delete their reader account directly from Settings. Web users can request deletion through the account deletion page.
Deleting a reader account removes personal account access, wallet, favorites, unlocks, reading progress, and listening progress from active use.
